1 Information We Collect
To fulfill hyper-local food and grocery deliveries, we collect the following essential data:
- Account & Contact Info: Your Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Google OAuth Profile (if logged in via Google).
- Delivery Address & Location: Precise GPS Latitude/Longitude, Building Address, City, and Pincode for 10–45 min Express Delivery routing.
- Payment & Wallet Data: UPI ID, Bank Account details (only for requested wallet cashouts), and transaction ledger entries.
2 How We Protect Your Data (Military-Grade Encryption)
Your privacy is protected by state-of-the-art cybersecurity standards:
All passwords are stored using BCRYPT (Cost 10) encryption. Even database administrators cannot read your plain-text password.
File uploads are strictly validated and malicious script uploads (.php, .exe) are blocked by hard security middleware headers.
3 Data Sharing & Rider Access
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Delivery Riders: Assigned riders receive only your name, phone number, and delivery address to complete order delivery and capture 4-digit OTP.
- Vendors: Store partners see ordered items and delivery instructions without full personal financial details.
4 Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can request profile updates, address modification, or account deletion by contacting our Support Help Center.
