1 Platform Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Zoftyfy ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or placing an order through our WebApp or Mobile App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2 Delivery Speeds & Service Levels
Zoftyfy offers two primary delivery options depending on vendor type and customer preference:
Fresh Food, Bakery, & Urgent Mart items are dispatched via our hyper-local rider fleet and delivered within 10 to 45 minutes (maximum 1 hour) of order confirmation.
Bulk Groceries, Fashion, Electronics, & Household goods ordered under Standard mode are processed and guaranteed for delivery within 24 Hours of order placement.
3 Cancellation, Return & Replacement Rules
To protect both customers and fresh food vendors, strict cancellation windows apply:

Food & Cafe Items (Strict 1-Hour Window) Due to health and perishability reasons, Food & Cafe orders can only be cancelled or submitted for replacement/return within 1 Hour of delivery or before the kitchen starts cooking. After 1 hour, food returns are strictly not accepted.

Grocery, Electronics & Fashion Items (7-Day Replacement) Non-food packaged products enjoy a standard 7-Day Replacement / Return window for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
4 Customer Wallet & Cashout Policies
Customers can maintain funds in their Zoftyfy Wallet and request cashouts under the following rules:
- Cashout Methods: Wallet balances can be withdrawn directly to your UPI ID or Bank Account.
- Approval Modes: Cashout requests are processed via Admin Manual Approval Mode or Instant Auto Approve Mode depending on system security settings.
- Automatic Refund on Rejection: If a cashout request is rejected by Admin (e.g. invalid UPI ID), the requested amount is instantly credited back to your Zoftyfy Wallet with full audit log entry.
5 Refer & Earn Program Terms
- Referrers receive ₹10 Wallet Credit when a referred user completes their first order.
- The newly referred user does not receive a signup bonus.
- Minimum Order Value: Referral bonuses trigger only on completed orders of ₹100 or above. Self-referrals or duplicate account creation will result in immediate account ban.
6 Anti-Fraud & Order Security Shield
- 30-Second Order Cooldown: A strict 30-second cooldown is enforced between consecutive order submissions to prevent bot spam.
- Active Order Limit: A maximum of 3 active unfulfilled orders per account is permitted at any given time.
- Delivery OTP & Photo Verification: Orders are completed only when the customer provides the 4-digit Delivery OTP and the rider captures a delivery proof photo.
